Feb 27,20190/5 if i could. ordered on black friday no order has been shipped yet. said two packages got lost in transit and sent a fake tracking number once. then started blaming production delays. after he couldnt meet his ship date he specially told me he started blaming brexit. Youve been warned take your business elsewhere. if he put down the phone and stopped deleting comments from instagram and policing these review sites maybe some orders would get shipped. why is it that recently all 1/5 are shaded out for "violating trust pilots guidelines"

Feb 19,2019I ordered in June 2018 2 titanium coil springs from Ti-Springs. Waited over 8 month due some delivery problems. Got my springs last week. Good quality, great springs. Nearly the only one who sells 2.5" springs for trunnions shocks. The delivery would be no problem if the communication were better. Lots of e-mails later I got my stuff. I order since 10 years at ti-springs and never had any problem. I hope they finish the delivery and the in stock situation and start more real talk about the shipping dates.

Jun 08,2019Be aware of this company, Ti-Springs, and his owner. Our company placed an order to purchase EIGHT (8) springs with a total value of around 700£ The lead time was 3-4 weeks but the order has been delayed for more than 2 month more until now. The only answer we have got during these months from the owner was: 'I will dispatch them next week' but they were never dispatched. One week ago we requested a full refund, and until now we have not got any answer from him... Our office in Plymouth cannot contact him neither by mail nor by phone. It's quite stupid the fact that a company risks its reputation for just 700£ We are considering to take legal actions against him and his company. Avoid this store at all costs!!
