Sep 14,2017TERRIBLE company!!!! They have no urgency in processing your order whatsoever! You can literally wait months for them to post items, as described in other reviews of the company, not just here, but all over the internet! After phones calls, Facebook messages and e-mails asking for my order to be cancelled and refunded (none of which were ever replied to), I received a random e-mail saying it’s been dispatched. HIDEOUS company! And in their refund procedure, it states that they won’t offer refunds unless the item is damaged…. Absolutely AVOID using this company at all costs!!! How it's still around is beyond me. This company is an absolute disgrace to the Mountain Biking Scene. Refund Policy copied and pasted from Ti-Springs 06/03/2018: "We welcome returns with good reason – Items which are broken/faulty/incorrect can be sent back for a full refund. Please note that under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), there’s no legal requirement for us to provide a refund if the buyer simply changes their mind."

Apr 16,2016I bought a KMC SI bike chain from these as I found them the cheapest, the chain got delivered quickly it came in a padded envelope but not in the manufactures original packaging also half of the quick link was missing, as this chain was in silver I wanted the correct silver quick link so after two emails I finally got a reply, the guy made his excuses for not replying to the first email and went on to say he would post out a new link, This was on the 6/4/16 and it finally came this morning 16/4/16
