Dec 04,2019I ordered a jacket via their Amazon shop on 18 Nov - 9 days later, despite debiting my card and saying the jacket had been despatched, they acknowledged that they had never had it in stock. Okay, mistakes can be made....but 3Dec and despite asking 3 times, still no refund to my card. I suggest this is a retailer to Avoid....
