my god after an on line purchase more than 9 months ago these guys are still sending me spam emails, approx 3-4 daily. When I asked them to stop in the first instance I was told that I would have to register & then go through their website & remove myself from their spam mail listings, As I don't have hours to waste on things like this & for the fact that it was them that put me on this list instead of myself I declined, in the end, this company is best avoided, unless you enjoy being annoyed by the constant stream of hard sells. the item in question that was purchased from Transatlantic was perhaps the shoddiest garment I have ever seen, terrible fabrics, badly thrown together & made for someone of asymmetric proportions. absolute rubbish from a company that is absoloutly rubbish .

A great company to buy clothes from. Their customer service are very good at helping with any problems, just a shame they don't have a shop in Glasgow.
