Jul 01,201916:6 ordered item. 20:6 received wrong item 21:6 wrong item sent back 24:6 wrong item received back 27:6 phoned to ask were my order item was and informed they were unaware I had returned the incorrect, even though Royal Mail had confirmed delivery. Assured that the correct item would be dispatched that day. 30:6 still awaiting my item. Somewhat disappointed in not having received my order, and this being my second order, as the first occasion on using their service was so different. š
