Jun 10,2019I had to contact customer services on a few occasions due to the sizes being in-S, M, L as opposed to inches. I didn’t get the reduction in price as advertised either. Other than that the shorts I ordered were of a good quality, not thin or badly made. Would I use them again?, probably not.

Jun 05,2019A Shocking bad Company. Bought a Helikon poncho through their e-bay site They only sent their Catologue so that it looked on e-bay that the item had been sent and delivered. Item arrived next day....different item sent. Kombat poncho not Helikon poncho. A cheaper poncho £19.95 for the Kombat v £22.40 for the Helikon. Proberly never had the Helikon in stock in the first place. Contacted company through e-bay. They sent me a link for a free return...guess what the link does not work. Sneaky trick to send the catalogue so all looks good on e-bay. My worst experiance with a company in 18 years on e-bay. UPDATE... Now they are questioning my review, when they have already messaged me through e-bay about it. Copied from e-bay message..... Jun. 6 The seller sent a message Comments Good morning, Thank you for your email. We are sorry to hear this, the link works out end. We are sad to see you have left us a 1 star review on TrustPilot. I’ve not used the bag yet but in inspection looks good and feels really steady. Will highly recommended this shop. Looking forward to shopping again
