Excellent company to deal with. Items sent out rapidly (usually by Royal Mail which suits me since it's easy to pick up if I miss the postman) and they have a good range of reasonably priced kit that is, of course, ideal for lightweight camping. They are also quick to respond to questions so I'd rate them highly for customer service too.

I already purchased once from them, and everything arrived very quickly, although it's an international shipping to Israel. This I wanted to order a sleeping bag, which was out of stock. I contacted support via their site, and the representative Finn quickly made a special order for me from the manufacturer. It should be shipped in the next 7 working days, and given my previous experience with them, I completely rely on it to arrive on tive.

Nov 01,2020After 7 days my jacket still hasn't arrived. I queried this with them and was told that because I had chosen their free delivery option they couldn't track the item or help me further until it had been missing for another week. I would expect second class to mean about 72 hours, not two weeks. I just anticipate more hassle when it still doesn't arrive and I regret using this company.
