This is a great company. The website is organised so well especially being able to sort products by weight; essential for the ultralight hiker. They sell a lot of niche products too. Every time I’ve emailed in with a technical question about a product; the response has been detailed and timely. They are very knowledgeable.

Mar 21,2020I've purchased gear from them twice. The first time i recieved it very fast, like within a couple of days even though I live outside the UK. The second time not so fast, we are talking closer to a month then days. Which made me contact them via e-mail after a couple of weeks.They responded the same day! I guess some would deduct a star or two, but I feel like the issue was on the postelsystem rather then the store, so I think that would be unfair, since they have really good gear for really good prices (for a European store) and my experience with the costumer service have been spotless! So sad UK is leaving EU, but I'll definetly keep buying things this year until I have to pay import fees!
