Excellent same day service, very skilful, efficient and reasonably priced. It turned out that the lock could be repaired and there was no attempt to sell us a new one. Highly recommended.

I called universal locksmiths as my front door lock was playing up. I used them as keen to support local businesses. I got a prompt visit the same day and decided to upgrade my locks whilst the locksmith was there. The new locks are like getting into a new car for the first time and offer a better level of security. Great friendly service overall and pricing is transparent and reasonable. Will use again.

Five stars probably not enough! Mark came out the same day as our call for help. He spent a lot of time and resolved a very awkward and difficult lock problem at our home. He worked diligently and carefully and was respectful of our property at all times. He explained what he was doing all the way through the process and left the work area clean and tidy on completion. Overall he did an excellent job and at a very acceptable price. Thanks Mark

Within the hour of going into the shop, our lock was being replaced! Mark has so much knowledge, he did the job quickly and efficiently and was really nice! Highly recommended

This is the second time that I have used Universal Locksmiths, and both times they have been prompt in arriving and provided a thoroughly professional service. On this latest occasion Mark came out to look at the front door that needed a lock, advise on a suitable replacement and make take the necessary measurement. He then returned at the promised time to fit the lock, which is now working perfectly. I can thoroughly recommend this business for providing a friendly, fast and, most importantly, effective service.
