Jun 18,2023Valentine’s range of clays is excellent. I love working with Royale porcelain. The sales team are great, and the technical staff extremely helpful with any query. I raised an issue about warping, and they kindly did all sorts of tests on my samples and took the time and trouble to discuss the problem and offer advice. Valentine is my go-to place for clay!

May 05,2023Your website slider gave the wrong tonnage,therefore making me think I was getting a tonne deal !!!! The receptionist did NOT make sure the details of the delivery address were as instructed. All in all a total shambles. I have been dealing with Valentines for over 50 years, yes read that bit again , one of the few studio potters still upright and still a customer. Unfortunately this company is one of only a few now producing clays .
