Jul 29,2023Hi, purchased a body kit for my T5, it was a good price and fitted well, some time after fitting it I lost a wheel arch section ( probably due to me ) despite it being my fault they managed to provide the lost items saving me money by not having to buy a whole kit, in my opinion they saw the situation through my eyes, they come well recommended by me, I will always visit their website first for my VW T5 requirements.

Jul 29,2023I have had two occasions to request extra parts the first time for Sherwood running boards the lad I spoke to could not be more helpful had extra brackets almost next day, the second time I emailed asking for a spare part (plastic stop end for the same running boards) Email came back we don’t do spare parts from the same chap who could not be bothered to help , so like before I rang hoping to get someone else, Nigel what a lovely guy went the extra mile and got me the part saving me scrapping £180 pounds worth of running boards bought just a few months earlier, on the hole great company pretty good service delivery always there when the say, if you should get the unhelpful bad apple, ring again.Nigel thank you mate.

Jul 29,2023The parts I'd ordered were unfortunately out of stock, I was kept informed and had the opportunity to cancel my order if I wished. When my parts were dispatched I was informed and they were delivered promptly. I was extremely pleased with what I ordered. I have since used vanstyle two more times with good results.

Jul 29,2023Order accepted. They sat with it. Only responded when I chased it and they cancelled the order as they could not supply for 3-4 weeks. No call or email to talk about the order, just cancelled. They then couldn’t be bothered to respond to further emails. They came recommended but I cannot say the same.
