Jul 29,2023I ordered a T5 SWB awning rail and despite the issues VanStyle have faced recently regarding deliveries my rail was delivered promptly and in good condition. The awning rail is excellent , and being the concealed one I am still able to use my roof rails. Superb product and excellent service

Jul 29,2023Only used VS a couple of times. All has been well. I dropped in one time to buy front fog lights, they could see I’m disabled and fitted them there and then for me so I can’t fault them at all.

Jul 28,2023We ordered an awning rail, the rail did not fit as the holes did not line up with the factory bolt hole locations and it was also incompatible with the factory folding roof bars even though the product listing said it was compatible with roof bars. When requesting a refund of all costs we were rejected and told it was an oversight on our part, the 'customer service' rep got very defensive and wasn't progressing a resolution to the issue

Jul 27,2023Bought loads from Vanstyle over the years, good range of products and usually quick delivery. Use to be great but now either they don’t answer the phone or there’s big call queues so talking to someone is virtually impossible. A real shame

Jul 23,2023I recently purchased 4 Wolfrace wheels complete with tyres and whilst the wheels are superb, the Chinese origin tyres are dangerous. Out of the 4 two developed large bulges on the inside (we received a measly £80 odd credit for 1). Now we have had a side wall split blow out at 70mph, which was extremely dangerous Basically, their tyres are NOT fit for purpose and their after sales service very very poor You have been warned

Jul 22,2023Ok right let’s start with a common theme on VanStyle reviews “I wish I had read the reviews”. Ok so long story short, needed some items for my van, had a week off work to do it, ordered the items, no update on shipping after a few days following confirmation of my order. and payment being taken immediately. Dropped them an email, no response, tried calling, was in a queue of 13/14 people (says a lot eh) so no chance of getting through. This went on for a couple of days. Time running out on my leave from work so I re ordered the same items from another supplier (arrived within 48 hours CEN AUTOMOTIVE). Tried again to contact VanStyle to advise to cancel the order, it didn’t appear to have been shipped and I had now bought elsewhere. Advised don’t now send or I’ll refuse delivery but still got nothing back or refund. Next thing I get a notification from DHL to advise they were bringing the items! So I tried to contact again to ask them to cancel as I’ll refuse delivery actually trying to save them the cost believe it or not (couldn’t get through again). Tried to contact DHL but advised by them I had to let delivery be attempted to refuse it, so had to take a day off work in case it was left with a neighbour (heaven knows what effort getting it all picked up for a refund would be). Delivery guy knocks to advise the items are all over his van as they had packed van carpet on roles sticking through plastic bags with 12 tins of contact adhesive in with them that had burst (excellent care of items). Lucky I was refusing it as it wouldn’t have been for for purpose anyways. In the end had to open a PayPal case, no response on this or to PayPal, had to wait best part of a month to get a refund. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS LOT. It’s not even that cheap when you add on the shipping which is pricy especially when it lands like this lot did.

Jul 19,2023I telephoned to confirm the item was compatible and Vanstyle confirmed it was. I ordered and paid. Of course it was not compatible. Did they answer the telephone No. Did they answer my installation questions No. Customer service is simply not on their agenda. Consumer protection is refund in 14 days. Vanstyle believe they are exempt from this legislation. If things go right all good. If they don’t you have been warned

Jul 18,2023i wish i had read the reviews before i placed my order. I have been on hold for over an hour and have been caller number 4 for half an hour and still holding. ordered friday and the website shows my order is complete but no goods and no tracking information. will leave further updates so hung on for 90 minutes put the phone down and the courier turned up at the front door! If you update your customers with shipping details and tracking you would reduce your phone traffic and poor reviews!! Thanks

Jul 18,2023I ordered mosquito netting for my campervan. The netting arrived with a large hole in the side. I emailed to request a refund but received no reply. I returned the item anyway and emailed once more a week later, again no reply. I know the item has been received as I sent via recorded delivery, but I still have not received my refund. It has now been over two weeks. Avoid this company.

Jul 17,2023ABSOLUTELY USELESS, UNHELPFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. Ordered an item via the website Sunday night, instantly noticed I'd incorrectly ordered a item. Emailed within 10 minutes to ask them how we can rectify it (with me paying the additional cost). Monday morning at around 11am, no reply. Call them to be in a queue for over an hour and half, in which time approximately an hour in I receive a "dispatched email". Finally get through and the customer service representative who ignores the fact I'd emailed to rectify the issue and tells me "it's not my fault you ordered the wrong item". Completely unhelpful! No offer to cover the return and additional postage costs that they're now going to cause me to incur! Disgraceful! Maybe look at getting more staff to deal with emails and phone calls!

Jul 16,2023Ordered a spoiler via ebay. Item didn't fit so started a return. Generated label incorrect so asked for correct label. No response. Hopefully people will stop ordering from this company as they are awful.

Jul 15,2023Got the pedal lock for transit custom. The plate and lock are very sturdy but it’s pretty awkward to fit it in place. The logo cut out could be repositioned to give a clearer view of the pedals to make it easier to locate? Or perhaps the throat of the lock could be a bit wider?

Jul 15,2023placed a order and was out of stock. after many delays they asked for payment which i did and then said the item was out of stock again. and several weeks later still waiting for my refund after the order was canceled.
