Honestly it's really deflating dealing with these people. I'm just out of energy. Made 3 orders from this company in one month. Both the second and the third order were sent with errors. To take only the third order as an example, they sent me erroneous items which were not suitable for my van (not what I ordered). They agreed to pay for the return postage (which cost me £31 due to the length of it). Some drone at customer services stonewalled me to say that my refund would take up to 30 days (which I personally found outrageous considering that the return was instigated due to their mistake - which cost me an additional 30 quid to return). Anyway, long story short, I politely told them this was not acceptable and requested the issue be elevated to someone with the sense to sort it out. I still haven't been reimbursed after 28 days and Stephen in customer services still hasn't replied to my email. Painful, painful experience. I won't be shopping there ever again. Awful logistics management and even poorer customer service. Classic example of how not to run a small business. No character, no reliability, no sense of duty to the customer. Bag-em and tag-em cheap plastic rubbish. I will avoid. If you HAVE to shop with these people, then buy from them via eBay, they are subject to eBay's terms of service and tend to be more responsible on that marketplace than they are on their own website.
As everyone has said no item has come 4 hours on phone on hold no answer just left in a queue they cut you off every time also. Will be contacting bank as it a fraud company.
I was waiting for someone to answer the phone for 2 hours and 5mins and get fed-up and hong up. Very poor customer service
I recently ordered some curtains, I was advised they had been delivered to my safe area, But there was nothing there, on contacting Vanstyle their response was. Hi this was left safe as requested. The signature from the drive is to confirm the leave safe as advised. Your Instructions were to leave it in the porch. As such this has been delivered to the location of choice and instructed. A refund has been requested but as Vanstyle are not responseable that not going to happen. :-(
dont answer phone dont respond to emails, no customer service at all.....cancelling my order as of now.! AVOID at all costs!
Looked like good prices and the parts arrived Ok but the fitting instructions that the website said would be supplied were not in the box. I tried e-mailing, No reply. I tried phoning, No answer, just stuck at No.7 in the cue for 30 mins. And I phoned dead on 9 o'clock when they open. Shocking customer service.
Tried to order four times online. Everytime my card was declined. Sent an email asking for help with whatever issue it was. Still no reply. Tried phoning everyday for a week to order over the phone and got tired of waiting over an hour each time.
Don’t answer the phone no communication terrible I want a refund and reading your Facebook page I’m not the only one there is loads your a joke
One of the items I ordered was broken in half. The item was refused at point of delivery and sent back with the delivery driver. E-mailed Vanstyle to let them know. No response from them over a week later or any sign or a replacement. Good luck calling this company. On my second phone call right now and been sat on hold for 3.5hrs. The queue only started at 10th place and most of this time I've been 2nd. 1 guy answering the phone and more than likely has the phone off the hook taking a break most of the day
Avoid these or you won’t get your stuff just waste your time . Take your money then blame couriers who they chose anyway !! Very poor
really poor to deal with which is a shame because the products and prices are good. everyone i speak to says the same, really poor customer service and they are impossible to speak to. wont be dealing with them again as there are lots of similar companies out there for the bigger purchases.
Definitely one to avoid. Ordered an item, received an automated confirmation and never heard another thing. Call not answered. I do not believe this a bona fide company
Wrong item sent, didn't fit. Spent 5 hours in total trying to ring, in a queue supposedly but phone never answered. Got a return label from them via Ebay, then a week later the parcel came back to us as being too big for the carrier service they used. Waste of time and money, and now I suppose we'll have to return again IF they ever bother to get back to us with the correct return label.
Made a order tred to call customer service had to give up after waiting on a phone queue for 5 hours condent get help do your self a big favour stay away from this terrible company if knot expect a relley bad experience
Placed an order for alloy wheels, received an email saying they would be dispatched when back in stock. 3 weeks later I have no delivery date. So rang for an update first call today on hold for 2.5hrs, caller No1 for over an hour then line went dead !!! Then rang again today 2hours on hold then got cut off. Third time lucky as I write I’m trying another telephone number straight in as caller number one for the last 35 minutes and counting. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I’ve ordered before with no issues but this is the first time I’ve have tried to contact the company. Another 2 hours 48 minutes and no one’s picked the phone up!!!!
Absolutely shocking customer service, ordered items and told 2-3 days delivery, now that's turned into 10-14 days, on hold for 2.5 hours just to run out of time and they closed ( I was the next caller for 90 minutes ) avoid this place and go elsewhere
Looks like i'm going to have to hang up after over 5 hours of being on hold. I have gone from 8th in the queue to 1st and have been next in the queue for over 1.5 hours now, absolutely crazy. Have emailed their customer service email address asking to cancel my order got a reply within a few minutes telling me to go via ebay but getting no response from there or to subsequent emails to their customer service address. Ordered a large item which hasn't been dispatched yet and can't because their courier has gone bust and just want to cancel and buy from elsewhere, but need to confirm I will get refunded first. Terrible that such a simple query can't be answered quickly. If someone from Van style actually read these please cancel and refund eBay order 04-10165-01088
Awful to deal with, made a genuine error when ordering online, immediately emailed to change the order and spend 2hrs on hold (went from caller 13 to 5) only to run out of time at 1700hrs. The order was dispatched the next day (after 3 emails and the phone call) and they're still charging £10 delivery and the full return postage costs. Apparently they're having "issue" but still happy that their costumers pay for the privilege! I will not be using them for anything in the future!
I bought some Vw transporter side bars in 21.10.2021. These have had rust on them already... Its only been 18 months since I've had them. Contacted customer service, was not willing to do anything about them.
