Impossible to contact, spend 2 hours on the phone to them, 45min of that i was caller nr 3 and never got through. Im trying to cancel my order since Wednesday and not really getting anywhere.

Part ordered was damaged in transit…tried to phone to sort out replacement…3 attempts over 3 days…my husband has currently been number one in the queue for over an hour…still to be resolved…

After putting on a poor review last time, I just want to say I still stand by what I said about the communication on answering the phones, but I would like to say since I put the review on Vanstyle have emailed me to say they are short staffed and have arranged some replacements, so thank you!

They sent me a faulty product. Their courier company DHL lost the parcel, then found it, then tried to deliver too late, then failed to provide me with a 'pick up code, to collect from collection point. Neither Vanstyle nor their courier company bothered to respond and give me a pick up code whilst I was sitting in vehicle outside the collection point like an idiot thanks to Vanstyle and their couriers incompetence. Vanstyle were no help in sorting out their courier company. Their product (bonnet bra) has a tear in it so needs to be sent back to them but I'm guessing it'll save me a lot of time by just chucking it in the bin and sucking up the loss ... I would never deal with vanstyle again as this has been an awful experience.

22 minutes on the phone this morning waiting for them to answer - told I was number 4 in line and then jumped down to number 2 and then number 1. I saw them online this morning and instead of ordering online I thought I would call them instead (gut feeling & all that). Didn’t answer so checked them out on trustpilot and found these reviews. Dodged a bullet I think 💭

Had a query with a part which I wanted discuss prior to ordering - particularly at postage was £10+. After waiting for 20 minutes on the phone to still only be 8th in the queue, I decided to just order the part (VW T6 lower grille trim) as the write up said it was suitable for my T6 Highline. The trim came today - not only did it look cheap and poorly made, it did NOT fit my van. Complete waste of time and money.

Sat for 3 days waiting on someone to answer phone - they never did. Eventually they replied via email. I ordered the product and received pretty promptly. When packages were opened they were scraped and scored and dented. I explained the parts had to be fitted neither the less as someone had van bought pending roof and sidebars being fitted. Customer agreed to fitting of imperfect items on the agreement that I compensated for the imperfections. I had no choice other than to agree as he'd waited sometime for phones to answer then parts arriving. I've send vanstyle all the pictures of damaged good but awaiting further correspondence

I booked visit ordered stuff had quoted price went to be let down on stock & overcharged no refund or sorry. Went to fit wheels yesterday kwik fit not happy stacked weights (ATS said same) found 5/10/10/30 gram out on wheels and peeled weights off easy by hand. The list how bad these people are is endless best bet buy elsewhere lucky I am not taking them to court.

Bought a set of curtains and and rails for a T5. Not one set of instructions supplied. When I contacted them they sent me a utube link to some other suppliers products that didn’t include a cab divider. Sent another email to query, but you guessed it, no reply! Be careful if you buy off these. They clearly just flog you the goods then don’t gaf. I will be reporting them to eBay.

Ordered a front splitter for my transit custom on 20/03/23 arrived quickly Although when I opened the box to check the item I noticed 2 large cracks and a load of imperfections Not happy with what I had received for £120 I msgd Van style with detailed pics only to be told by the customer service : Well what do you expect It’s handmade !! They will exchange for one with no cracks but the new one will need work aswell they said !! And to add to the insult they wanted me to pay return postage for an issue that’s not my fault Absolute time wasters !! Luckily for me I only ordered the front splitter from them and not the full body kit and alloys I was initially going to order. ( Over £1500 order ) So now my local bodyshop has to repair the cracks aswell as do some serious body filling and sanding to make it look decent

Absolutely shocking on the phone, can't be bothered helping you just want your money. Condescending, disinterested, horrible. go elsewhere I am, just missed £2k in sales.

Never answer their phones - ordered something in November last year and still not arrived. Inaccurate updates from their automated system - maybe don't advertise products you cant deliver within 3 months? Avoid, you'll end up disappointed.

Have read some of the poor reviews so thought I'd add my experience. Bought a bonnet bra for my t5, and whilst fitting it, I got a rip in one of the corners. Emailed vanstyle to ask about an exchange, and they were more than helpful, replied quickly, and sent out a replacement straight away, delivered the next day, didn't ask for the faulty one to be returned and covered the cost of posting the replacement! Very happy with my experience!

****Rubbish quality- do not buy these units**** Ordered and received LED DLR new headlamp units for VW Caddy 2013. Had a quick look at the units when they arrived seemed ok. Garage fitted them for me and pointed out loads of issues regarding the miles of loose unsealed wires hanging out at the back of the units. None of them are sealed, no rubber boots for wires to head-bulbs. had to pay the garage to use silicone sealant on the multi pin plug and sealant tape on other unsealed connectors. Absolute terrible quality. it will be a matter of time before they fail due to moisture/water ingress. I'll have to pay again to have my original VW OEM units fitted

Ordered a wheel/tyre combo from the website that advertised 'plenty in stock' only to receive an email 2 days later saying 'on back order' - nearly a week later, still on back order - false advertising?, dishonest advertising?, I'd say so....cancelled and gone elsewhere

Ordered a spoiler for a Caddy, Part arrived on time however they did not package it with any protection on the ends so it was damage prior to delivery. Paint shop also pointed out that it is warped and an extremely poor moulding. Notified them of the problem 4th Nov 2022. After prompting them I finally received a reply on the 10th. They informed that they do not provide a return label so I can drop the package off at my convenience and that I will need to wait in for a courier that will show up somewhere between 0800-1800 on Friday 11th Nov! Now if you are a Van owner that needs to be out working this is a problem and one you need to take into account when ordering from these clowns as not only is it inconvenient but they never turned up to collect it! I still have the part and awaiting a courier/ refund 9 days after informing them of an issue. There are plenty of other van parts firms around that provide a competent purchasing experience that will at least answer the phone or emails that you send. Real rating is 0 stars for sub standard product, service and communication.

Trying to put in an order of 1.5k, payment details wont load. I tired calling a few times over a couple days but no one answers. Got through to someone today, who just abruptly tells me its my issue with the country I'm selecting. Tired to amend while on the phone but they just hang up and don't return the call. Tried calling back but no response. Would be wary about giving these people you're money, even if you can...
