I'd thought we needed a Geometry tutor, but she pointed out (politely, many times before I finally saw what she was telling me - thank you for your patience as well) that we really needed an Algebra tutor instead. And she still kept that first appt. and helped my daughter feel confident in her knowledge of the material she's testing on the day after tomorrow. ANNNNND she created this awesome set of follow up notes and practice questions on those areas where we can benefit from some additional attention, WOW!! Charged me again about two months later when we didn’t even have scheduled tutoring sessions through out September since we finished in July. Called Monday to get a refund, but I still haven’t received it and it is already Saturday.
