New como spa delivered 4weeks late used 6times now faulty and can’t get in contact with them to discuss. Telephone has message saying busy will call you !!nothing email states busy will reply usually in 4days nothing. Live chat tell them the fault they say someone will be in touch.again nothing this was reported 7days ago. Everything is made in china and appears to have a design fault Do not use this company look on Facebook nothing but bad reports £1300 for this and no company back up. Worst run company I have ever dealt with.read the reviews they seem to think goshting people is acceptable
Non existent customer service! Wave spa Atlantic purchased used once for about an hour and since then ive been unable to use due to what I assume is a faulty temperature sensor. Temp says 44 but thermometer in pool says only 31. Heater and bubbles wont work as it cuts out. Also seems to be losing water from underneath the heater unit. Tried emailing and just get sent a generic email with instructions on how to clean the filter which shouldn't be an issue after 1 hours use!! Did everything they told me but still not working..also sent photos as requested but no response to these. I've emailed countless times and asked them to call me but now no one is responding. I've asked for a replacement or refund but they're ignoring me. Also left voicemail but again no call back. I wanted to use this for my daughter's 18th birthday party but was unable to as the spa is clearly faulty. I've spent £380 for a spa I can't use and have no other way to contact customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
The spa was very good overall, sizing and comfortability and ease of construction. I had an issue with the heater motor which was quite noisy with a high pitched whirring sound. After contacting customer services I was dealt with by a chap called Tom who was very helpful and, after some info to establish the severity of the noise Tom sorted me out a replacement heater. So overall I am happy with the product and with the aftercare that I received by Wave Spas through Tom.
Total Scam - My legal team are about to launch a carefully planned viral attack on this company on every social media platform available designed to take this company down. They are nothing other than total thieves. I couldn’t care less about the £600 wasted. Ive just paid my own marketing agency, and my legal team a £10k retainer each to close these bunch of con artists down. I’ve left a final message on their answering machine with my cell phone number, and if I don’t receive an explanation by COB tomorrow, then they will regret ever taking my order. JM
Tom got back to us very quickly and was very informative. I love how friendly he was. I feel this company really values your customer experience and seems to genuinely care. We love our hot tub and can’t wait to use it! We also bought the starter pack, amazing value for money!
Total scam, have be trying to get a refund for 2 months, for an unfulfilled order and they have now blocked me on messenger, which is the only way that they will communicate with you. Have now raised a reclaim via my card issuer. Avoid

Delivery date has been and gone still no sign of items, advised spa and chemicals where in stock last week but unable to contact anyone for an update, update 22.7.24 still 2 boxes missing, DPD requesting I contact wave as they can't find them. Numerous emails send still no help!
Wave rio spa. Purchased weds 10th Assembled, filled… only to find it was the wrong sized cover. Fair enough these things happen but there is literally no customer service team. Emailed, called, left voicemails, live chat (bot) since Thursday with no response. 5 days and counting… this would have been so simple to rectify simply and quickly. Shocking!!!!
The inflatable top has developed a split at the seem, it's in such an awkward position, right in the corner it's not repairable. I have tried phoning numerous times, chat is not live, customer service phone line is voicemail only, no response to email. I have a very bad feeling about this and makes me very nervous , I'm not going to receive a response.
I wish I had read reviews on here before I purchased. The customer service from this company is diabolical, none existent. My brand new hot tub obviously has a major issue when water is trickling out of the air inlet, the beeping doesn't stop and error codes. But after countless phone calls, 4 emails with photos, trying to get them on live chat I get sent a generic email to tighten up the inlets. Ridiculous and it seems from a Facebook group I'm not the only one.
Lucky they even got one star from the off iv had issues hot tub didn’t work gave them chance after chance to help couldn’t be bothered to even ring me then after 4 months of trying I finally got them to refund me and pic the hot tub up but o boy it didn’t stop there I acquired one from bnq then realised it was the same company so I cancelled it and wave spa tried to use the other hot tub as this product so as not to refund me I ended up going to the top with bnq to get my money back wave spa gave me a part refund not full which I’m now chasing as they said the hot tub was used no sxxx how else was I meant see if it works they constantly lied to me said they don’t know who I am or have any information regards my order iv reported them to trading standards now and in process of taking them to court for my full refund stay away from these they will fob u off and u r buying second hand units trust me
Astonished to see such glowing reviews. We have had nothing but disappointment from Day 1 with wave spas. Ordered a hot tub as a special birthday present in May, expected delivery wc 20th May. For weeks we received nothing. Customer service (when they eventually emailed back) kept promising that it would be with us soon. Eventually it arrived end June. Heating unit didn't work, and half the order wasn't sent. Eventually got a replacement unit, also not working. Desperately now just trying to send everything back and get a refund, but no answer on phone (ever) and repeatedly getting asked to submit videos of the faulty item by email. It is honestly painful to deal with this company and one disappointment after another. Well done to anyone that has had a positive experience. If you are unsure, please review the various Facebook groups dedicated to issues with Wave Spas. Not usually one to write bad reviews but I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
Customer Service is diabolical. I have sent 4 emails regarding my wave pacific 4-6 persons tub which is not fit for purpose. I have received 1 email telling me to do the troubleshooting even though I have already told them this doesn’t work. It nearly scalded myself and my child. I have asked for a replacment and collection of the faulty tub but to date I have not received a reply. If I don’t get a reply within 7 days i will have not alternative but to go to trading standards and instruct my bank to recall my payment.
Can’t fault this company in my experience. Good hot tub delivered back in 21/22 on time and a replacement tub liner when mine developed a fault. Just bought a replacement cover and delivery was next day. Very good
Wave company is just awesome, not only are they a British company, but their customer service is second to none, had a wave kayak seat, the clasp had broken, replaced without any quibble. Sam was quick to respond & dealt with my query. With a fabulous outcome. I have used this company in the past when I bought my sup & will be using them again when I upgrade my board in the future. Well done Wave - fabulous customer service is so rare nowadays.
Don't expect any contact from customer service it takes them weeks to reply, you can not get anywhere on Facebook, email, or phones discusting customer service, if u get any problems with your purchase don't expect to get it sorted
Purchased a 6 person square pacific spa. It came fairly quick but, the instructions were for a round spa and much different than the one I have. The air port was in a different spot, it makes no mention of how or where to add chemicals and worse yet, the air valve off of the bubbler is leaking. There is a cap with a spring that should seal under pressure but it doesn’t an so it is leaking all over. I tried reaching out to wave spa but to no avail. Their number is international and even biting the cost, once answered by an answering machine, they tell you the obvious and you get nowhere. I emailed them over 30 hours ago and haven’t gotten any response. They have no customer service and I would never recommend any company you can not speak to in person especially when you have water involved!!!
Never known a company like this! Made a order on the 24th June still no delivery can't even talk to anyone about it no answer on anything disgraceful customer care as there is none! Avoid like the plague!

Jul 21,2024I emailed the team at Wave after discoverering my new out of the box Pacific 4 person hot tub began to deflate after I’d filled it up ready to use. I’d bought the tub last year but for various reasons we’d not used it, so it was well out of warranty and I really just wanted suggestions as to how to find the problem. Tom sent me back the nicest email and as a goodwill gesture he said he’d send me a new liner, which he did, and just 2 days later my lovely new tub is already up and running. Amazing service, thank you so much Wave, and Tom in particular.
