The company sucks. 7 weeks and they just found the spa was sitting in their warehouse and in the mean time Affirm another company that sucks is saying I did not provide enough evidence to support my claim. The wave team said they have the spa and tried to get me to have them deliver. Are you kidding me hello no just let AFFRIM as all the emails and documents I've sent are not enough, I never want to do business with either company. I sent the CEO of both companies the documents and the lack of support communication and resolution. Guess what no response do not use either company it's-been a nightmare. Refund now
I recently contacted wave spas with an issue with my heating unit. Paddy from customer care replied and gave me step by step troubleshooting information which resulted in the issue being fixed very quickly. This isn’t the first time I have contacted wave spas about issues or queries, but every time I do I get a very helpful customer care person dealing with me.
Fantastic service purchased my Paddle boards a while ago now still going strong after lots of use. Contacted support via email with a question and got great support from Tom who answered my questions and sorted us out. Could not recommend these guys enough quality products and great service. After a delay of the order they compensated me free of charge some filters which were appreciated now the tubs here it is up and running well apart from the weather Sharon from wave has been good at responding to my questions quickly
Great customer service and fast delivery but their paddleboards are not made to last. They have broken after 1 year.
*DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY* Honestly if I could give '0' stars I would. Do not be fooled by these fake reviews of 'great customer service' because I can tell you what kind of customer service I received. 5 months of waiting for a hot tub I pre ordered in February that never turned up. I'd paid nearly £1000 for it. Empty promises, random dates for delivery. No courtesy messages to even let me know what was going on. They only ever gave me 'bad news' when I was chasing up where my item was constantly. Given excuses of the colour not being available, waiting until the 20th May for delivery, promised phone calls that never happened. I left messages on their chat, phone, email and FB messenger. You can tell they are struggling as they've put an automated message on their social media responses. It's terrible. They aren't willing to help, they want you to return items you aren't given a refund for. They even had the cheek to give me a 6 person replacement for what I'd ordered if I paid an extra £300 for it!!! Thank goodness I used PayPal. Resolution centre worked perfectly after excalating my case I got a full refund, whilst 'Tom and Paddy' are still arguing with me over emails about the return of a £75 bundle I can't use. Don't believe these reviews...check out the complaints page on Facebook about them. A LOT of upset and angry customers. Never again.
We bought a wave spa and it arrived - we set it up on June 18th but it started deflating slowly, so we pumped up another three times and checked all valves as well as carrying out the procedure to find an air hole leak, but to no avail. We contacted wave to request a refund for faulty goods and asked for them to collect it and refund out 399.00. Despite many emails I have 10 pages of threads, they are refusing to refund my money and collect the spa, asking for photos of the spa - why? I would give the 0 stars we are just going back and forwards - shocking customer service and also ignoring the consumer acts which states I have a right to return faulty goods. It would a 0 rating if they had one,
I have been using my Wave spa for 3 years now and it’s been working faultless. If anyone is thinking of purchasing an inflatable hot tub then Wave is the way to go. Being in retail myself I always say that a company is only as good as its after sales service and that is where Wave excelled. After 3 years of use some of the straps on the ground sheet broke off so I got in touch with Wave and was helped by a very knowledgable person called Zoe who informed me that she had posted me a replacement without charge. I couldn’t wish for a better service. Thank you Zoe you’r a star. Kind regards from Allan a very satisfied customer.
Terrible company. I ordered a spa on 3rd May which was given a delivery date of 10th June. By the 7th June, I had heard nothing from them re:delivery date. I messaged on messenger, web chat, email, phoned to no avail. After a week of messaging, I eventually got a response that it had been delayed and would now be delivered in July. After reading other reviews, I had no confidence in this. As the company are so difficult to get a hold of, I decided I would cancel as had no faith in receiving support if there were issues with the spa. Took another week of daily contacting to finally get an acceptance of my cancellation. I was told to expect a refund in 5-10 days. After 10 days, still no refund. Contacted again, was told it was being passed to finance team. Another week has gone by and still no refund! Wouldn’t go near this company!! Absolutely dreadful customer service! Wouldn’t let me give zero stars!!
I ordered a hotub Saturday, it said it would be delivered Monday. It's still saying order confirmation, however I have heard nothing since. Tried to contact them no answer.
I made a recent purchase in April for delivery in June 2024 of a hot tub plus filters and chlorine tablets. There was a slight delay / query on the delivery, but as soon as I contacted Sam in support, I had the issue resolved in a timely and professional manner. Sam owned the issue until resolution and communicated back exactly when they said they would. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction and the support received was good. I am now enjoying the fun and benefits of the new hot tub
Slight damage to control area which so far has not been answered, taken about 6 weeks so far, length of time to get a response on average us 4 days but each time you reply to a question or supply more info it’s another 4 days so customer service is terrible
Absolutely shocking customer service.
Initially was disappointed by the experience. I ordered a replacement inflatable spa from Wave after my previous Wave spa was damaged by vermin but the order was delayed by about an month. Did think about cancelling but as the previous one was good stayed with it. So please I did, the new one has an integrated heater, insulation to the floor and the cover has a silver lining, so much better than the previous one. It heats up much more quickly and maintains the heat for longer. I bought a square 4 person one but 4 people would be very cramped, but is good for 2. Be aware that this company gets lots of enquiries so you can wait a few days for a reply, but they do eventually.
Great little bbq. Easy to put up and use, takes up no space as it flat packs. It is robust and looks great. Cheap as chips but looks designer.

Jul 10,2024I bought a Wave spa set awhile back and hadn't been using it much as I didn't have time. I set it up this year and used it 3 times only to have th3 pump stop working. I contacted Wave and they were super kind and are sending me a new pump at no cost. Very happy with this service and appreciative that they are standing behind their products.
