We bought a pacific 6 person spa our second from wave, this is bigger and better than our last one which was well loved too. Very easy to setup and gets up to temp quickly, easy to maintain and very comfortable I would recommend wave to anyone
Ordered spa as birthday present arrived but was faulty (heating unit), massively disappointing sent new controller didn't resolve issue , sent new heater which i had to change myself didn't resolve issue, returned the spa 4 weeks ago was told refund would be processed in 5-10 working days, still no refund have left answer messages live chat email and still no refund, I understand they are experiencing issues, but surely communicating and responding to customers queries is basic customer service ignoring customers contact attempts is simply not good enough or stating you will receive a response in 4 days not to have any contact is again very poor customer service

Shocking customer service and poor product reliability. We had our spa for less than 2 years when it developed a leak, the leak was from that I let valve which had obviously failed. No replacement part was available and they no longer carry and spares for these products. Offered a 5% discount on any if their new spas as some kind compensation. Avoid and buy something like a lazy spa where you can at lest get spare parts as and when they fail.
We have had nothing but poor service and communication from Wave. We have not been able to use our hot tub for a month due to the heater breaking. They keep saying they are sending out spare parts but never do. They keep ignoring ouR emails and fobbing us off saying they have sent parts but they haven't. I have asked for a full refund but still nothing. UESLESS COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
A truly frustrating experience! I ordered the product at the beginning of May, no contact following that but was expecting delivery at the beginning of June. Emailed, called, emailed, live chat, emailed, called. No response, so frustrated and a little worried I checked reviews (wish I hadn’t just trusted the reviews on their website) saw that this issue wasn’t uncommon. I emailed and called again to ask to cancel and for a refund - 1st response came through from Sam saying delivery will be this week (that was last week!) 2nd response from Paddy, it will be delivered this week! Another saying hopefully this week from Tom. None acknowledging or responding to my request to cancel my order. I am fed up and just want to cancel, get a refund and get a spa from somewhere else.
Ordered a hot tub in April which leaked from the heater unit from day 1. They promised to send a new heater which didn’t arrive. Then they promised to send an empty box to return it to them for repair. No box arrived. Since then we have tried to contact them via emails and telephone answering machines but have been ignored. Fed up with broken promises and continued silence from them. Going to contact Trading Standard and BBC Watchdog in disgust. DO NOT BUY A HOT TUB DIRECT FROM WAVE.
Staff support especially Tom have gone out of their way to help me. Could not recommend wave enough. Great product and great customer service.

Product seemed to be all it lived up to be for the first 4/5 days, all of a sudden it decides it doesn’t want to heat anymore, Numerous calls and live chats to be told someone will be in touch and that has yet to happen, just a really big puddle in the garden at the moment. No error codes and nothing online to help
Do not purchase from WaveSpa. Small company which appears to be in financial deficit and unable to fulfil orders. Have been awaiting a refund for an unfulfilled order since March 2024. Have raised despuites with paid line of credit and onbusman. Next step is HMRC and Companies House. Be warned - do not order any products from this Company.
I pre-ordered a hot tub on May 6th. When I had no word from them by delivery time, I tried to contact them, and had no reply. Eventually I got a reply on FB offering me free filters and 22nd July delivery date. Not acceptable. 2 days later, 5% discount and free filters. All done by AI, no human being involved. This would have been my 3rd hot tub, I upgrade each time. They have turned a very satisfied customer into a very angry one. Update: I have had to resort to getting the bank to dispute this order so I can get a refund. Whatever you do, never pre-order from this company.

Please can someone contact me with regard to a delivery I am waiting on for my hot tub. I have emailed, called, facebook, live chat etc! I have paid in full and am awaiting on a delivery estimated to be this week. Please can someone get back to me
I have tried FIVE TIMES to cancel an order which I placed on 20 May which is not due for delivery until mid July and the company keeps coming back prevaricating (I e-mailed on 25 and 29 May, 4,5 and now 11 June. I am totally within my rights to cancel it and I have now had to get AMEX involved. On this occasion Wave Spa's customer service is desperately letting them down as I have had two inflatable spas directly from them before and whilst they have each only lasted 2 years max, I have enjoyed them. I won't ever buy from Wave Spas directly again - try going to somewhere like The Range instead as at least you can go instore if there is a problem with your Wave Spa and see someone in person. I wish I had read these reviews recently before placing an order so far ahead of the delivery date.
We have still to receive our order... ordered in April.. originally advised as W/C 20th May. No response since 29th May. We have now reported to Paypal

Product faulty after just four weeks and you cannot get hold of them, nobody replies to emails and the phone line is just a voicemail that doesn’t get responded to!! Had to escalate to the finance provider - Wave ignore emails for days/weeks at a time and when they eventually reply it’s some meaningless vague response. Just give me my money back so I can buy a Lay Z Spa. Be warned - once you buy a product they send you freebies if you leave good reviews, be wary of any 5* reviews especially if they name staff members as they’re incentivised and not genuine!
