Previously bought this product twice from another supplier, who no longer are trading, so searching for the product on the web and found the boots at Westwoods Footwear and received excellent service, well done.

Have gone through lots of boots and decided it was finally time to fork out for a pair of proper boots. I'm very happy with my purchase. The reason I don't usually go for the practical boots is that I never like how they look- bulky and such. These, however, are stylish and lovely, and perfect for the rainy weather.

My order was processed immediately and delivered with no delay. The box was not damaged in any way and the contents exactly what was ordered - as it should be but is not always the case.

Westwoods Footwear were able to supply me with another colour in the World's most comfortable boots manufactured by Hotter and called Moonstone the boots unfortunately have been discontinued by Hotter. Fantastic service the boots arrived within a week of being ordered.

Hotter shoes didn't have my choice of boots in stock, a great disappointment, so I looked on internet for stockist, came across WESTWOODS FOOTWEAR, never heard of the company so I looked up reviews on the company, all were very good. Going on their web site I found they had a large range of shoes/boots in stock including HOTTER SHOES. Ordered boots, I was kept informed throughout process and shoes were very quickly delivered. I would recommend WESTWOOD FOOTWEAR to my friends

A friend told me about her new snazzy wellington boots. not just any old wellies, but a pair of DAV boots. She has three pairs and gets the latest style from her boyfriend who lives in the US. So, I came home and googled DAV boots and found that Westoods in Cheshire stock the boots. Very stylish with a fleece lining and lacing at the back of the boots. Promptly ordered a pair, a no brainer with their free delivery and returns policy. The boots arrived within a few days and I LOVE them. As soon as they new style arrives, chrome eyelets instead of the gilt, will order another pair. Thank you!

My wife purchased two pairs of Hotter Moonstone Boots( Brown and Red) a couple of months ago but then wanted a pair of Black, but Hotter had already decided to stop production, I have since then tried nearly everywhere to find a pair of Black Moonstone boots size6, I tried the internet again and somehow Westwoods shop came up, I decided to give them a try and would you believe it !!! the only pair of Hotter Moonstone boots,Black size 6 in the UK ( I believe ) in Westwoods of Cheadle. I sent for them immediately and they arrived in the post a couple of days later,well packaged and in perfect condition. I will certainly contact Westwoods again for the next pair of shoes my wife needs. Well done for a first class service. Regards Barry Jarman. Preston,Lancashire.

I am aged 82 and found selecting and purchasing slippers for a present for my daughter online from Westwoods very straightforward and easy. Paperwork, packaging and delivery were excellent.
