This company is dog water their internet service goes down 24/7 and they say they have a technician out working on it then 24 hours later still no Internet do yourself a major favor and avoid these people like the plague most unreliable and scummy isp I've ever seen
Today Benjamin helped me with my internet and got a hotspot started for my and my gf who needed it for college. We are waiting for a modem. Great help getting us set up for now.

Forced to use this service by my apartment. Can't get access to the router to adjust my own settings. The service is spotty, and I don't even get the 1Gbps bandwidth. I've been emailing with customer service for weeks and no resolution yet. Paying extra for not even getting the minimum bandwidth they offer. I am hardwired and have not been able to get more than 100mpbs. The service has disconnected my work laptop more times than I could count.
