I called to inquire about my account and my phone call was answered in a timely manner. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and resolved the issue right away.
My tech, Benjamin, was extremely friendly, prompt, personable, and helpful. He got my issue resolved in about 30 minutes - and half that was because I was doing chores while I helped him with reconfiguring wires on the router.
Benjamin was cheerful, polite, and expedient on the call today for internet service assistance. I truly appreciated his assistance!

Terrible company as others have stated just force their complex wide deals and provide very spotty internet. If a stable connection is something you value just move out of any complex that forces this, nobody can be reasoned with so the $$$ must be too good.

Benjamin was absolutely amazing he was wonderful in helping me finally get internet and was as patient when I struggled trying to remove one of the wires.
This internet was forced onto us by the apartments I live in. I had 1 gig service and cannot even get that now. My internet was installed 3 weeks ago and ever since then my internet has been crap, won't stay connected, and speeds are too low and inconsistent. Upload speed is so low you cannot even stream when it is one source of our income so we have been losing money since you installed your equipment. Customer service sucks. I have sent in numerous tickets, chatted with you online, and even called. I just keep getting the run around that you are going to forward it to an engineer and someone will get back to me and no one ever does.
The person helping us was very time efficient and helping us.
