Mark was super responsive and the report he has sent us is really detailed and exhaustive of all the things we agreed upfront. He’s also been really helpful after submission and has clarified all our questions. Fantastic choice of surveyor!

The surveyor didn’t check everything as agreed, I believe because the vendor did not allow him to, but in this case he should have contact me and I would have had a word with the vendor to make sure he did his work

Great service, booked a survey and got the results in less than a week. The report was excellent, and very detailed. They offered the best price and didn't even try to overcharge a ton of extras.

Was very fast and gave a great write up on what was needed and found. Only issue we had which was no thought of the surveyor is the property had a lot of clutter in it so parts of the house couldn’t be accessed as they don’t move it.
