Mar 31,2022The staff at 1300 Rubbish were all very friendly and helpful. I underestimated the cubic meters of rubbish I had, so the collector called me to give me a quote. I wasn’t at the property at the time, so I appreciated them checking with me before proceeding. The collector was helpful and courteous. He checked in with me to make sure I was happy. The service is more expensive than a skip bin, but convenient.

The quoting process was easy to understand and transparent and the booking process was straightforward. The team arrived on time and called in advance to say they were on their way. The rubbish had to be removed from a 4th floor balcony via apartment lifts and a secure carpark, but the work was completed in less than an hour. Amazing service, and would recommend to anyone.
