Very helpful and informative when I called to enquire about the courses they offer and fantastic training from Anne over my three days to secure my full motorcycle license. Friendly, fun and professional staff. Would highly recommend choosing them!

Jul 26,2017This was my second time taking my CBT because before I knew it, 2 years had already passed and my first CBT was about to expire. I wasn't looking forward to this second one because in my first experience with a different company, I was given a bike that had a faulty rear break light and the instructor kept having a go at me for "pressing down" on the rear break. It was only when I became more experienced and comfortable with my own bike that I realised I wasn't even touching the rear break at all for the light to go off. That experience made me anxious but I needed to get my CBT re-done. However, this time it was brilliant. The instructor spoke good English, was humorous and clearly cared about safety and let me take the first turn on the road because I arrived first. To sum it up - great experience, easy to do, would definitely recommend!

Jul 13,2017I did my Module 1&2 for my A2 licence with 1 Stop. The quality of training was really good and was happy with the end result. Online booking worked like a charm.

Jul 11,2017Firstly, I loved the simplicty of the online booking. But most importantly, I thoroughly enjoyed my CBT. I ran an education establishment which got an OFSTED outstanding and recognise good training and teaching. What I got was patient, yet challenging. Humorous and engaging, while being no-nonsense. Encouraging interaction, yet demanding from those who come from an experienced car background. On the road, the instructor constantly highlighted hazards while improving riding in a humorous way. I'm an advanced driver and (as I discovered) a pretty bad motorcyclist (manual) but I had great fun and passed my CBT, along with several appropriate 'you should know better' type comments. Most impressive was how the instructor dealt with a student who was clearly not safe to go on the road. I'll be coming back for my bike test!

Jul 07,2017The trainer, Chris, at the Ilford Training Centre was spot on and helpful in learning to ride. At the beginning of the day I never rode a bike and by the end of the day I was riding the roads and feeling confident. Would recommend - although I don't like the company's policy in rearranging the course. The day before I had an issue which prompting me a need to re-arrange. The company was totally unsympathetic towards the situation. Yes - the policy is stated prior to booking - just would of liked a little understanding !

May 15,2017Great experience. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. My course started prompt on time. Cavel my instructor explained very well and efficiently. His teaching technique catered for the new riders too, yet was well managed and timed effectively. No wasting time. The elements covered in the car park were well managed 1 instructor to 4 students. The road ride was very good which gave a very good live all round experience. My first time doing CBT with them and they even explained roundabouts which I never covered before. On the road ride the roundabouts were covered very well too. Finished before time another grand bonous. Definitely recommend. Thanks Cavel

May 07,2017I don't usually leave reviews but these guys helped my dream come true. I've always wanted to ride a big bike so I booked a CBT with them and quickly they taught me how to ride a manual bike. I was gonna buy a 125 bike but spoke to my instructor who convinced me to pass my theory instead. Like lots of others I then did the conversion course, which was great, and booked a big bike course. My instructors were all patient friendly and so knowledgeable and I felt really confident. I passed both tests first tine and I now believe all the reviews I've read. My advice is trust these guys, they made be a biker and my dreams cone true. Yours will too I'm sure.

Apr 24,2017Great instruction. The instructor i had made me feel so at ease and really gave me my confidence back after initially going to another school (which was awful). He allowed me time to practice off road and i didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything. I had a 2 hour one to one session then a few days later passed my mod 2 first time! Really patient and calm instruction. Easy to follow instructions that made sense! Really recommend!

Mar 27,2017I cannot recommend these guys enough. After passing my CBT, I decided to continue and go for the full licence. The instructors i had were all extremely patient, and delivered concise information which led to me passing both Module 1 & Module 2 first time. Thanks again, and best of luck to everyone else in passing their test

Sep 16,2016I used these guys for my CBT and they were really good. However, I thought I'd try and save a few quid for my DAS by using another company but I ended up having to book a private lesson with these guys anyway. The other company weren't so great and I needed to boost my confidence at slow riding on a big bike after a bad day's training. I have to say, the 2 hour lesson I had was the reason I passed the test so kudos to the instructor. He made me feel totally at ease even when I dropped it (they very sensibly use protective bars to minimise the damage of dropping it). Straight back on and gave me the confidence I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Jun 27,2016DO NOT USE. Very rude people. The head office is a shipping container in a car park. The online booking is good when it works, but that is the end of the good. Watch out for the Terms and Conditions - NO REFUNDS within 5 days.

Sep 04,2014I booked a CBT this morning for the 17th September,which is 2 weeks away. i received a call, this afternoon, to attend a hospital appointment for an ongoing serious issue so i had to accept for the same date, the 17th. So naturally i accepted the hospital appointment and decided to cancel the CBT with 1 stop instruction, so that i could re-book at a later date. I rang 1 stop instruction where the gentleman proceed to tell me that they keep 100% of the fee paid if you cancel within 5 days of the date; he hadn't even asked me about when my date was, what my name was, nothing, quite abrupt. I told him its 2 weeks away, he said " right well we must deduct thirty pounds from your refund for Admin Fees". Just feels like they are out to make the money regardless. Thirty pounds admin fee is extortion. I decided to cancel because i do not want anything to do with this company and will book elsewhere, somewhere where the customer service is polite and terms and fees are reasonable. Thirty pounds is a rip off for "admin fees"; he did the "admin" whilst i was on the phone, he refunded 69.00 whilst i was on the phone. RIP OFF!
