Feb 12,2022This company is horrible. I've told them 5 times to stop emailing me, calling me, and texting me. I've turned them over to the Fair Trade Commission due to harassing behavior. Absolutely rubbish. EDIT: Now, they respond with a request for an Order ID. I have never ordered anything from them! I have told them to stop contacting me several times with their spam. They send emails, call me, send me text messages and will not stop. I do not have an Order ID because I have never ordered anything, nor would I.

Dec 14,2021I have seen some comments around the Internet about Ghost Writing 360. I tried these out a few months ago as well. It was a waste of time and money. I won't name names, but these people, you shouldn't be asking to unblock a drain. As others have said, very bad work, no refunds. I cannot even believe that they contest that they are bad here. They know they are garbage, and so they actually build this sort of "damage control" into their business. You know - they know they will be complained about, and they are ready to deal with it. Rip off merchants.

Nov 20,2021This company is fake. Someone with the name of BD (initials) has been dealing on behalf of the company and passed on mixed messages with regards to payment. He initially agreed on doing the project for £250 and later demanded £500 for generating ISBN and Barcode that are generated free of charge on Amazon Kindle as my book was published through Amazon Direct Publishing. They promised to proofread the book and never did it. I had to make corrections throughout and at the end when I asked for the final copy that was uploaded on KDP they again sent me the wrong copy that was a draft that I had sent them earlier. The entire system appears fake and I would suggest that you avoid them where possible. They will also bring a bad name to your academic work because they are not bothered about making any corrections. The only ray of hope was some ladies who made the title cover. They had a number of negative feedbacks here last year that they have managed to get removed somehow. Be safe, avoid these people.

Oct 25,2021They lied about having native english speakers committed a fraud and to this day refuse to issue a refund. If i could post the wording of their work product my 8 year old daughter has better skills than the work they outsource to India. Avoid like the plague. Suing them for fraud.

Oct 23,2021This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional companies I have ever had the misfortune of working with! Placed an order in early July and was told I would get a proof within a few weeks. Never got the proof, electrically or physically (as I was told I would get and that I specifically requested prior to printing). Got the entire order prior to ever seeing it and there was a mistake. Hence why I asked for a proof! Now I have hundreds of books I can't used. Requested a full refund and was harassed by the "special" rep (whose specific job it is to help me. Heard that from about every single person I spoke to), Wanted to give me a discount. Then informed me it was MY responsibility to call the printing company. How would that be my job? On top of all this there was about 5 different people I dealt with so very confusing as to who was actually able to help, which none of them did. Each one of them not understanding that my frustration was having never gotten the proof and receiving the entire order, never gave them approval to print! When I finally got them to agree to a refund I have heard nothing! I have all of the reps that I spoke with on the email and it has been radio silence!

Oct 05,2021This is the absolute WORST company to deal with!!! I find it stunning that they have the good reviews that they do! My project started out Ok, but then it really hit the fan. I ended up editing, proofreading, formatting, and laying out my own children's book. Then, stupid me, gave in to buying their Social Media/Marketing package which was an even more horrifying and unprofessional experience. Didn't get even a quarter of the things that I signed up for. I am doing a better job of it myself. I'm trying to get a refund on the package, but am being delivered the royal runaround. It's been almost a month. The communication is terrible, except if they want money from you. These people have Ph.D.'s in BS. Stay away! UPDATE: So, once again I have been fed a mountain of lies and deceit. Promised a 50% refund; was told it would be given to me 24 hours after I dealt with yet another "manager". Didn't even get half of that! I am still waiting and now, of course, this company full of liars, won't even get back to me. The Social Media people are somewhat illiterate and have absolutely no clue on how to promote a children's book. No one there has ever heard of a thesaurus and they continue to use the same eight words over and over again, so as usual, I am re-writing all the posts! I paid a pile of money to do my own social media marketing. Unfortunately, now I am going forward with legal action, as this band of robbers refuses to honour their agreement. They took a great experience for me and turned it into a bitter, frustrating and absurdly expensive lesson to never follow my dreams again! Stay away!

May 18,2021This is my third review. This company will not stop calling, emailing and texting me. That's why I have had a good look at its work. If you are an idiot, you will hire this company. The writing on its website and marketing materials suggests English is not the first language of the people creating the material. The sentences are awkward and wordy. I have written books myself and was a newspaper reporter for 20 years so I think I'm qualified to judge. This company is being reported to the Federal Trade Commission because it refuses to stop bothering me. Texts came on Christmas and New Year's Day at 5 am

Apr 25,2021A lady named Amber Wallace in Facebook claimed to be an author and used this 360 Ghost writing services and published her novel. She recommended and I believe and approached this scammers to create a book trailer. It was an unprofessional video with images not copyrighted and poor quality video. I asked for a refund and the guy named Edward Miller finally agreed to refund the money after several debates. This conversation happened in early Feb 2021 and till now I haven’t received my money and despite many emails there is no response. Never use this scam company their consultants misrepresent in social media as writers and refer this pathetic company later you will come to know the whole business and employees are hypocrites. Contact me I will produce all evidences about this scam company.

Mar 13,2021The titles they are displaying on their site as being ghostwritten are fake. Ghost Writing haven't written these books. People should be warned. **Just to add that the titles which weren't ghostwritten by them have now been removed from their site. **

They have no permission to display these titles and are ignoring all requests to remove them. Don't be taken in. *Update* Titles have since been removed. But you have to question why they were there in the first place.

I have no interest in their services - if they even exist - and have never asked for anything from them... except to refrain from sending me texts from non-operable numbers. Apparently - according to someone who traced their IP address - they are located in Pakistan and so, perhaps, think themselves outside the laws of the US. Who would want to trust them with anything???

Mar 02,2022I looked thru the reviews (18) and see a ton of 5 Star reviews. I am surprised because I don't have that experience at all. On Jan 2021 I decided to use 360 Ghost Writing to publish my book,, Tales of a Street Bull. Prior to that decision I received an email from "Sheldon". That email outlined what 360 could do and the various packages they offered. I decided to purchase the Elite Package for 2 reasons: 1) It was on sale from the $10,000 cost to $5,000 and in the Elite Package it stated if they did not live up to their promises they would refund what I have spent. One of the many promises maid in that email was they "guarantied 350% - 400% return on investment within 1 year". I questioned Sheldon on that statement and he assured me it was true. I spent in the year (2021) over $14,000 which, by that statement, should have garnered between $49,000 to $56,000, As of the date of this review I have made $283; a far cry from what they promised. Once the year was over I have asked, via email and telephone, to return my $14,000. Their answer: all I hear is crickets. They were suppose to edit the book, they never did and it went out on to Amazon with a ton of errors. They were suppose to design the cover; they did not because I did it. They are shoddy, at best. Anyone who uses 360 is a fool. They tell you the Elite package is all encompassing and there are no other fees; that was a lie. They nickel and dime you to death. They have made, what was a memoir of my time as a police officer, a living nightmare. So I got a response to the above review -- Tell us your order number and we will look into it.
