I usually buy most things from Amazon. This company had a filament colour that I wanted and was a bit wary about ordering from a company I didn’t know. Firstly, I discovered after going to the checkout that delivery was free. Next they applied a new customer discount. It was delivered in 2 or 3 days. Really couldn’t hope for more. I will be back.

This order had major delivery issues due to DPD delivering 4 days late, contacted 3DFilaprint and they sorted the issue by shipping another order just incase DPD had lost the parcel. Cant thank the 3DFilaprint team enough, superb support and extremely helpfull in dealing with an issue that was not down to them.
