Dec 06,2023My experience was great with 4evatech...the staff was really helpful and understanding...I was assisted with my order and was promptly informed about the steps I need to take to complete my purchase...The order had a tracking sequence...which was awsome since online purchases can be fraudulent and very doubtful..for a first time customer I am very happy about the service I have recieved,the staff was very helpful and professional..I am sure to make any future online purchases via 4 Evatech.

Nov 22,2023I bought my Ortur laser from 4Evatech, with a rotary and honeycomb. The first 2 deliveries went smoothly, but with the last delivery I was caught of guard with the custom regulations. The courier company held me responsible for the import, but 4Evatech was supportive and assisted me through the whole process. I will not hesitate to buy from them in future. Thanks 4Evatech team for making it possible for me to earn an extra income. Awesome service!

Nov 15,2023I had problems paying for my order through PayFast. Eventually this was sorted, though not the fault of 4Evatech. Then the supplier didn't have stock of the product I ordered. Ric contacted me within a day of ordering to inform me, but offered a higher spec model at the same price, instead. I took that offer and the product was delivered well within expectations. I then ordered LightBurn software and received a confirmation email but no unlock code. After a few days, I contacted them via WhatsApp. The code was received within minutes, with a full explanation of why it was not issued immediately. This was not a problem as the trial period for the software is 30 days, so it was well within the window. Great service. Immediate response to queries, and quality products. Thank you, 4Evatech

Nov 09,2023As other reviewers have said, I was sceptical if the were legit or not. I ordered a laser engraver and certainly didnt want to lose the money. The product arrived within 2 week, was properly packaged and was exactly as advertised. To the people giving a 1 star review because they had to wait two weeks while it was imported... go order from the guys who charge you double what 4evatech do for the same product! Customer service was always helpful I highly recommend them. Definitely a return customer for anything I need from them in future.

Oct 02,2023I have purchased the ortur lm 2s2 from them recently, i was very sceptical but decided to take a chance, i did not know if it was a legit business or not, and obviously all sort of things played off in my head. But after +- 2 or so weeks, i was proven wrong. My item came and it was in a good order. Everything worked and was exactly as advertised. The only reason i give it a 4 star, is because of the remote location shipping. I needed the laser urgently for a project and ended up having to fetch it 100km away just so that i could have it a day earlier. Thats not 4evatech's fault, but would like them to add a overnight option for remote locations on their site. Other than that, my experience was very good. I will definitely be using their services again

From the courier company loosing the first order to a faulty second order and eventually a perfect 3rd order!!! Michaela was most helpful and they did everything possible to fix the order. Thank you for your effort and continuous feed back. We will most definately use you again.

So be patient. Import costs in included in your initial payment. No hidden import fees at a later date. Will buy from 4evatech.com again.
