A1 Call Center was incorporated in 2009. It commenced the operations from a non-voice call center project of Data Analysis and Internet Research at its call center in Delhi NCR, India. We started small with 50 employees, and today we have grown to a family of 500 dedicated A1 employees!
Had to write with them for 7 days to figour out why i still have 1 bill to pay, they were ignoring my messages and questions, until someone finally came to the conclusion that maybe they should check on it and not repeat their words like parrots!! Not to forget they didnt cancel my subscription when ordered.Internet connex was ok, service very poor.
