Aug 04,2020I was able to clear my practical driving test in the first attempt itself. All the credit goes to my instructors Usman and Kamran at A1 driving school. They were very patient with me, clear with their instructions and always gave me confidence. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone looking to clear the UK driving tests.

Jul 29,2020I have just passed my driving test , I would 100% recommend the A1 DRIVING SCHOOL! My driving instructor Tan was brilliant. So proffesional , kind and really took the time to take me through everything that I needed to work on in order to pass the driving test. My whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Tan has always been patient and corrected my mistake in a very polite way with constructive criticism. Not only he is fantastic at what he does but he is a very friendly person who is so easy to talk to. Tan has always been very flexible with giving driving lessons. I honestly couldn't pass without Tan's support. He is top class at what he does , went above and beyond to help me reach my goals. Absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend Tan as a driving instructor. A1 is the BEST driving school by far in Derby. Thank you !!!

Jul 28,2020Hi My Name Saif Urfan, I Was Previously Taking Lessons With Another Instructor and was advised and highly recommended by many people to take lessons with a1Driving School, especially Zaf, I passed today with 0 minors on my first attempt with only 8 lessons. I Really enjoyed my lessons, Zaf’s a brilliant guy, Made the lessons feel comfortable and Helped me correct all my previous errors and mistakes. Anyone needing lessons, or currently struggling with an instructor as I was, I strongly advise you to try A1 Driving school, You won’t be disappointed

I had a great experience taking lessons with him not only he thought me how to drive but also made it an enjoyable experience. I felt confident during my test because of how well I had been taught! Not only he is good at what he does but also a very friendly person , so easy to talk to makes the whole experience better ! I would definitely recommend A1 driving school and MO as the instructor !

Jul 27,2020My name is Amaan I had lessons from Zaf at A1 driving school. A great instructor that help me learn many new things with my driving and helped me in developing new skills, turning my weaknesses into strengths. Going to definitely miss my lessons with Zaf as it didn’t feel like I was in a driving lesson. At the same time I’m over the moon as I have finally passed at the first attempt, in the space of two to three weeks. If anyone needs any lessons contact A1 driving school.

Jul 18,2020I just passed my driving test with only 3 minors. All credit goes to Farzana, my driving instructor, for her excellent teaching style. I found her friendly which made my lessons all that more enjoyable. Farzana was able to quickly identify my weaknesses early on and quickly helped me tackle them. She was very flexible with giving lessons during lockdown and taking me for an emergency test as a key worker. I would highly recommend having Farzana as a driving instructor!!

Jul 14,2020Passed my driving test the first time with 2 minors. MO my A1 driving instructor was amazing, identifying areas of weakness and working on them constantly. Were available throughout the pandemic and A1 was really helpful with it all. Highly recommend.

His amazing teaching skills as well as a thorough and systematic approach helped me master driving. I highly recommend A1 driving school and special thanks to Tariq for his guidance and support during the whole process. Highly recommend A1 driving school.

May 31,2020I am an NHS staff, working on the frontline during this pandemic. Due to the shortage of staff, I was asked to cover multiple sites and therefore needed an emergency driving test. I was relieved when I found out that A1 were still offering classes to key workers. Although I have been driving for several years in another country, after the first class both my driving instructor, Mo and I agreed that I needed more classes to reverse some bad habits and gain more road awareness. Mo helped me in postponing my driving test and over the course of 10-12 classes we nailed every aspect of driving required to pass the test. Mo was patient, relaxed and a pleasure to drive with. He listened to my inputs and modified his approach based on my weaknesses. I passed on my first attempt and the icing on the cake was when A1 offered to reimburse my driving test fee as a goodwill gesture, if I just gave them a review here. I highly recommend A1 and Mo as a driving instructor. They were very professional, always on time and honest in their advice.

Apr 23,2020I passed with a1 driving school with only three minors I needed to pass due to being a key worker I was struggling to find anyone else due to the virus and a1 took me on due to being a key worker my instructor MO gave me confidence to pass first time I would highly recommend a1 driving school

Mar 13,2020My instructor whilst learning to drive was Mo, when starting I had no previous experience, yet I was able to feel at ease and relaxed. If I was unsure about anything, Mo reassured me and made me feel confident, and was generally very thorough and patient whilst I was learning. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend A1 driving to anybody looking to pass their test! 👍🏻
