Mar 30,2023I've previously ordered grass seed from A1, which provided good results. On this occasion, I ordered seed, pre seed fertiliser and some liquid fertiliser. On receiving my order, I was sent the summer fertiliser instead of the pre seed fertiliser. On contacting A1, I received the pre seed fertiliser within a couple of days at no extra cost, and as a goodwill gesture, I was allowed to keep the summer fertiliser. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend A1.

Mar 28,2023Placed the order. Got email saying the order has been despatched with tracking number. After a week, courier says they never got the package from the a1 lawns. Had to call a1 lawns to sort it and they are sending a new package over but getting despatch notification/ email cannot be trusted. That’s unfortunate.
