Oct 27,2022The product did not turn up! I sent an email with my complaint in English, saw it was a Spanish distributor and sent it in Spanish (Google translate). No response to either. A complete fraud. And I have not had my money back either.

Oct 04,2022I ordered A313 in August and it still hasn’t arrived. This company took €20 from me, didn’t deliver the product and refused to reply to my numerous emails requesting an update or a refund. Scam company, avoid at all costs. Horrific customer service.

Sep 10,2022Ordering was simple and easy, though if I have already selected I wish the site to be in English I wish everything to be in English. Even if the site if operated in Spain.

Aug 27,2022I ordered my product on 27/7/22 and it is now the 27th of August and I have no product. The website says my order is completed and shipped but it’s been a month and I’ve emailed the shipping company and A313 with no response from either. My package has “been in transit” since the 5th of August. Extremely disappointed and looking forward to a response from the company. Wish I could review the product but instead I’m reviewing shipping services. (For reference it’s shipping from Spain to Ireland and website said it’s 5-7 days).

Aug 22,2022I used it couple times but unfortunately not for my skin type, felt so itchy and couldn’t handle it, someone told me have to use on a 100% dry face to not be itchy but didn’t work too , maybe just not for me

Aug 22,2022Package arrived in 2 weeks. My skin got better within a week of use, highly reccomend trying. I recommend using the cream at night, because during the day the skin might get irritated and the vitamin A will degrade in sunlight.
