Jul 28,2021Avoid AB4U Removals at all costs! Overpriced and terrible - charged me £633 for move and “packing service”, if you can call it that and completely broke my 50”in TV and are refusing to compensate me. I'm getting £35 back for a £350 TV. Packing service consisted of throwing things haphazardly in boxes without properly wrapping. This move was within Islington, less than a 10min drive! The two men, although nice, took frequent breaks throughout and even a 1.5 hour lunch break. Move took from 9am-4:30pm, that’s 8 hrs, with NO large furniture besides a desk, 2 chairs and a mirror! It’s the longest move I have ever done coupled with terrible service. They did not treat my goods with any care. Had to tell them to wrap things up. Pretty unacceptable – I will not be using them ever again and reporting them to BAR and Furniture Ombudsman. Beware!
