Jun 14,2023This time there was an open seam defect that was not adequately described in what would have otherwise been an "ok" but certainly not "excellent" state in a pair of shoes. The other deducted star comes from the fact, that the customer (I am living in the EU) doesn't get half of shipping costs back in a refunding process, so that the risk is equally distributed, but pays two times which I am not even sure would be legal according to EU E-commerce law.

Jun 12,2023The shoes were described as in very good condition. In actual fact, they were in excellent condition. They must have been barely worn. Abbotts, you wouldn't know, but you sent me TWO requests for feedback before the shoes had arrived. You must be underestimating the time they take to get to New Zealand. These premature requests caused me to worry a little. But in the end, all good.

They have a return policy. (Which because of 1-3 above I have not had to utilize. i just look and read carefully like all online shoppers should do.
