Being a first time buyer, I thought it was worth a try and I am so glad I did. Shortly after purchase I changed my mind and wanted to alter the size of the diamond, it wasn't a problem at all. They came back to me with options and pricing to adjust the ring and provided a new timescale for the amended order to arrive. The ring arrived exactly as shown online and it included a beautiful box and certificate of authentication. The ring we ordered was actually a little too large which was no fault of the store themselves. I contacted them over the phone and they went above and beyond to make sure the ring was re-sized. Throughout the entire process they were in constant contact with me and I was blown away with their level of after care. If you're reading this, I would highly recommend Abelini and you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much to Ruth, Neil and the team for delivering such a wonderful and amazing experience. Once arrived- boy was I amazed at the sheer quality of the item, it was everything and more than I expected. It’s my Wife’s 60th next year & I’ll be certainly buying from Albelini again.
