Feb 04,2025Dreadful customer service. I received a bent ring from them and had to send it back. They gave me £10 off on my very expensive 2.5ct ring and I missed my engagement date on a holiday due to this. My girlfriend then loved the second ring they sent me but would prefer gold. I asked if they could move the stones to a gold ring and I would pay. They said they couldn’t help. I then said this on one of their adverts and they said “email us and we will help”. They didn’t reply. I then posted again on their TikTok advert saying I’d not heard anything and it’s gone silent.
