Apr 03,2024We commissioned AB Heritage to carry out a historical investigation and impact assessment to support a complex planning application for 3 conjoined Grade 2 listed buildings on a city centre site in St Albans. The project involved reopening a redundant basement for retail use and converting the upper floors to two flats. The heritage consultant communicated well to identify the requirements and the report was very thorough and completed in good time. We subsequently obtained planning consent and have since asked AB Heritage to carry out an impact assessment for a further minor planning application relating to the site.
