Oct 27,2024Using the services and expertise of Abode Estate Agency (Allerton Rd) we completed on the sale of our house in L25 last week. We would highly recommend using this Agency. They were both efficient and friendly. It can be a daunting experience selling your home but up until the point of sale, Lynn was there for us every step of the way, to support and advise. She was wonderful. We can’t praise her enough. Other members of the team, including Amanda, were also helpful and would action requests or queries in a timely manner. Once our sale was agreed Ann, Sales Progressor, became our contact. Again Ann was extremely helpful, supportive and efficient. Ann kept us informed of progress and was always available to offer advice.
