Absolute Home Textiles have been one of the UK’s leading supplier and manufacturer of wholesale home textiles for the past 30 years.
We produce an extensive range of textiles readily available to order in bulk at extremely competitive prices. We’ve also worked with other institutions in various other industries including care homes, restaurants, hospitality and catering.
Absolute Home Textiles are based in Swan Lane Mills in Bolton UK, a former cotton mill that is Grade II listed. Swan Lane Mills were at the forefront during the UK’s industrial revolution and the mills’ flamboyant terracotta embellishment were a reflection of the cotton industry’s prominence at the time.
We are to be proud to be based in such a historic location and to be able to continue the story that these mills had started.

Apr 25,2023Avoid this company. I can’t stress this enough. I’m still waiting for the remainder of my refund. PayPal are not withholding it. It was untrue to say they were. Dreadful. Dreadful products, dreadful service. I’m still waiting on my refund. Towels so thin you could see through them. Pillows not cotton but very cheap high polyester polycotton with a dirty tyre mark on them. Cushion inners wrong size sent. All items returned as received 15 April. Where is my refund? Still no refund 10 working days later, even though it was promised. I’ve had to raise a dispute with PayPal now. Disgraceful treatment of a customer. After having to raise a dispute with PayPal, upon checking, I can see that a refund for £42.80 has been made. However, the amount of total to refund was £54.71, so £11.91 short. I also note that this refund was instigated only when I raised this dispute! Still waiting! You still owe me £11.91. No idea why you deducted this or what it’s for. Everything was returned as received in original packaging. Only one towel was opened and then repacked. Absolutely disgraceful treatment. Still waiting for my FULL refund. You still owe me £11.91.

Apr 12,2023The service and delivery is very good the products not so much, l ordered goose feather and down luxury pillows, well luxury they are not, l thought they’d sent the wrong order when my postie delivered the parcel it looked like two cushions, but it actually was two pillows folded in half. I thought they might plump up, but no and so l have to use both as they are so thin and sparsely stuffed, the old one l was replacing was as thick as these two together. Not impressed at all with the product

Mar 30,2023I can not describe my disappointment - the seller`s policy is for buyers to pay for return postage, and to pay for the postage to them as well, maybe this is how they want to put people off from returning the faulty products. My only hope is that I have paid with PayPal and might be protected as a buyer. I have all items in the state I have received them - no packaging, pillows taped badly, no labels etc. I am ready to return them immediately, if they provide a prepaid label - I will NEVER use suspicious pillows and personal hygiene items like that for my family! I am very disappointed of myself, not checking the company reviews on Facebook - there are hundreds of people like me - scammed by Absolute Home Textiles

Mar 16,2023The cushions arrived in a box that had obviously split as they were too big for it (DHL had had to repackage them). The cushions are disappointingly poor quality too - very lumpy and uncomfortable. I paid extra money for the supposedly "premium cotton" cushions having recently bought some smaller ones but I will be returning these.

Mar 13,2023I purchased 2No. poly/cotton super king sized flat sheets - white. We'd had some lovely cotton sheets, but they wear out so quickly! Poly/cotton is the practical choice. Ordering on line was easy The price was excellent. Delivery - now here's where the 5 stars come in: it was delivered by Royal Mail. Brilliant! Our postman knows us, and knows where we are. So many times a delivery experience is blighted by a bad choice of courier, by the seller. We all know who the bad (and probably cheap) couriers are! I always buy super king size, as I have 1No. superking sized bed in my house, and 2No. king size. The quality of the sheets was ok. They felt a little hard, and I always wash before using. I compared to my original sheets, which were a little softer; but I wondered if the new sheets might soften more with time and washing. I slept on this sheet last night, and it was fine. In fact, I wondered whether the crisper feel might even be more comfortable on hot summer nights. Size: I compared size with super king size sheets purchased from a well known high street haberdashery; and these from Absolute, were smaller. Having said that, there was plenty of material to comfortably tuck under mattress. Finally. the sheets had the same edging all round. Some people like a deeper edge at the top, to turn over blankets etc - just for the look really. It doesn't matter to me, as I use flat sheet on mattress, and just a duvet on top, to sleep under. One final thing: Royal Mail referred to company as "White Pearl Holdings". Overall a positive experience. Delivery 5 stars; quality 4, but perfectly acceptable for the price.
