Absolute Home Textiles have been one of the UK’s leading supplier and manufacturer of wholesale home textiles for the past 30 years.
We produce an extensive range of textiles readily available to order in bulk at extremely competitive prices. We’ve also worked with other institutions in various other industries including care homes, restaurants, hospitality and catering.
Absolute Home Textiles are based in Swan Lane Mills in Bolton UK, a former cotton mill that is Grade II listed. Swan Lane Mills were at the forefront during the UK’s industrial revolution and the mills’ flamboyant terracotta embellishment were a reflection of the cotton industry’s prominence at the time.
We are to be proud to be based in such a historic location and to be able to continue the story that these mills had started.

Jun 10,2022I made an online order on Thursday 9th June at about 4pm and received an email telling me the order was dispatched at just gone 6pm, I woke up in the morning to find another email from DPD informing me my delivery was 2 stops away, it arrived at 8.40 am on Friday 10th june. I'm astonished at the speed of the service from "Absolute Home Textiles " and will be my go to company from now on. Not so happy with the courier however, as I was waiting by the street door for the man to knock and he just threw the box from the stairs and left it in the only wet park of the front yard and walked away, not happy as £100 worth of items could easily have been stolen if I hadn't of seen the email and been waiting. But "Absolute Home Textiles " have a new customer for life. Many thanks

Jun 09,2022I have just bought a box of 240 GSM Bath Towels, I am not impressed with the quality, (very light, not fluffy) so I will be returning them. I chose white color and they are not as white as I thought, some are like cream color. The Sales team are quick in getting back but unfortunately the quality is poor for the price in my opinion.

May 19,2022They didn't have my tablecloths in the right size, and it was only after I chased via email (having heard nothing for weeks) that they phoned to say the products were not available. I have taken substitute items, and received a refund for the very small difference, but am not that happy with the replacements, as I could have got these cheaper elsewhere, and was struggling with lead time because of the delay. Not pleased at all with the online shopping and stock experience.

May 10,2022Nothing wrong with AHT but the shockingly bad service by Royal Mail has left a bitter taste in my mouth. If AHT have no alternative to Royal Mail for delivery I will not shop here again.

May 07,2022I bought two 100% cotton flat white single sheets but was sent polycotton instead. The packaging did not give details of the fabric so I put them on the bed and only realised when I had washed them that the fabric did not feel right. The company said they would not take them back, until I quoted my consumer rights and they sent replacements. This time I got different fabrics! One is probably cotton, the other I don't know, though both labels say 100% cotton. What I do know is neither is close to the 200 thread count I paid for. One is about 130, the 'polycotton' more like 100. The response? We 'have a wide range of sheets so sometimes the material will differ'. Eh? 100% cotton 200TC is just that. Then 'If you are not happy, send them back'. So at my expense I have to return items that are not what I paid for.

May 01,2022I bought 8 large towels to use on wet days for our dog. Ideal for covering laminate to save floors getting wet. They wash really well and Absolute will be the place I go too when I need new bedding and towels from now on.

Apr 23,2022While I cannot fault the ordering and delivery process, I was very disappointed with the napkins. They were the cheapest around and for a wedding to be used once only, it seemed a good solution. However the napkins are extremely stiff, creased and impossible to iron. I tried washing a couple and they did not soften and I couldn't get the creases out however hard I tried. The bundle was so heavy it didn't make sense to pay the return postage. I was very disappointed and I'm not quite sure what I am going to use for the wedding now. Definitely a false economy and a waste of money.

Apr 23,2022Didn't answer phones on Friday at 5:30pm, web site says close at 6pm. Shipped via DPD, I never received, they shipped one day late anyway even after paying extra for next day deliver. And even now, not received on day 3. Appalling. DPD didn't even bother trying to deliver here, four security cameras prove that! DPD were running late to photo The Travel Lodge and said "no-one in"...hahaha, very funny. Now they expect me to go to a post-office with nowhere to park and pick it up myself. What the hell? No way.

Jun 11,2022Not with Absolute Home textiles. Purchase pillows that were not as described. They would not send me a return label, saying that I had to return at my cost. To send them a copy of the receipt and they would reimburse the postage. After many emails and 8 weeks l finally got the refund. The only reason I have given 3 stars is because the customer service agent that dealt with this issue (SID) was brilliant and replied to all emails very quickly and other items I have purchased previously have mostly been good quality
