Feb 04,2025Excellent job done fitting our new front door. Fitters were superb. Didn’t rush the job, sealed and finished really well, took the time to conceal unsightly existing wires, made good brickwork from old door and left no mess. Really good job.

Feb 03,2025We had four windows and one front door - from start to finish ie initial sales visit, measuring up visit and finally installation, the whole process was fantastic. It's refreshing to work with a company that you feel you can completely trust to do a great job at a fair price. I would definitely 100% recommend

Dec 10,2024Having obtained quotes Academy Windows have provided good value in the construction of a new conservatory with underfloor heating and a wood burner. Activities were well coordinated and attention paid to blend the design details with the house. The site team was considerate and responsive to questions. The work was completed to expectations, but having used them before this was anticipated. I would have no issue with using them again in the future.

Academy even accommodated, with no complaints, a small change of mind on our part some time after our order was placed. The installation was carried out by two nice guys, Mark and Mike, who arrived on time, did a great job and were very careful about clearing up and leaving the place clean and tidy. We are delighted with the new door and have received several nice comments from neighbours too. Thank you Academy Windows.

Aug 30,2024We had three quotes for a replacement conservatory and Academy Windows were by far the best in price install and service. Although we don't always go with the lowest price Academy Windows are a long well established local company manufacturing their own windows to a very high end quality which also I assume make them very competitive. The sales representative was not pushy knowing his product was good quality and we got a full detailed quotation within two hours from the call. The install guys were very professional in the five days work. We asked for the roof edge to be changed as we didn't like the style which was replaced at no extra charge. We also had an issue with the bottom inside plaster cracking on the board joints but the problem was resolved with internal cladding again completed with no extra charge and looks great. A special thanks to Aran and Duncan who sorted these two small issues and to all the staff involved. I can confidently recommend Academy Windows in you reviewing this company on Trustpilot and many thanks again to all involved.

Aug 12,2024I have used Academy windows in Reading twice, once for new doors and again to replace the glazing in 2 windows where the existing seals had caused condensation inside the glass. I am really impressed with the service, products and after care provided by a great customer focussed team.

May 23,2024Brilliant company from start to finish. Have used on two projects now for windows and doors and both times they have been prompt, efficient and installed to a very high standard. Their fitters very tidy and left very minimal disturbance to walls. All and any damage to getting old windows out was repaired to a perfect standard. I would consider myself very fussy but could not fault the finished product. If you want a stress free installation at a competitive price use Academy windows. Thank you Jim, Tony and Steve.

Feb 26,2024I had 4 sash windows fitted last year my academy windows. From the first time I contacted them to the finish of my windows I can't rate them highly enough. Aran was Amazing, he was very quick to respond to my endless E-mails and phone calls. Aran also met me at their yard to let me have a look at different products to help me decide which windows to choose. On the day of fitting, the men who arrived were very polite and professional, they made everything good and made sure everything was clean afterwards. I will definitely be using them again, and I have also recommended them to family members who have also used them and had a very good experience too.

Aran was very helpful on the planning process and providing a quotation, answering any questions I had in a friendly and informative manner. The fitters Dan and Ryan were fantastic too. They were very respectful of my home, working very tidily and cracking with the work the second they arrived each day. I’m so pleased with the overall result, all finished to perfection.
