These guys are awesome! Access Event Solutions is my go-to vendor for conference lanyards and name badges. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. My client had very complicated and confusing badging and color-coding designations assigned to their attendees, along with individual QR codes per conference attendee and Access Event Solutions was able to manage that with ease. They had a program/software they used to enter the information to populate and print the badges will all of their requirements and needs. They are the real deal and can handle any needs you have, no matter how complicated. My client was extremely happy with the outcome.

We had a need for event badges for an onsite meeting. We had used Access previously; but in laptop transitions, i had lost their contact information and couldn't remember the info. I ordered from a different company and CRIED when I got the badges. They were VERY poor print quality and paper quality. It just wouldn't work...so I investigated and found Access was our previous vendor. Reached out and their awesome team put through a rush order for me of amazing quality and go it delivered with time to spare! I made sure everyone on my team knows to use Access for all our badge printing needs, and possibly other options moving forward!

As always the Access team came through for us with amazing credentials on a short deadline. They are the best
Not only did it take over a week to hear back from anyone at Access initially, it took days at a time for them to respond to us again. It was explicitly stated at least 5 times before placing our order that we needed colored dots on the bottom of the back of each badge. The colors were different for each person. I had sent the list to be merged that included the colored dot assignments. You completely ignored me every time I stated this, even when I asked if you had any questions. When it became so close to our deadline that we had no choice but to say "Approved," we trusted that you understood our needs. You obviously did not care. We should receive at least 50% off this entire order. You not fulfilling what we asked for caused us hours of work onsite. The entire process was so frustrating. To open our badges onsite seeing they were wrong, it was so disappointing.
