Aug 16,2023We were sold a faulty product from outset. We had to have repeated call outs for servicing and then had to argue on multiple occasions to have the fault addressed. In the end see we’re blackmailed into paying additional costs and additional parts for original faults and parts, as we were just days out of warranty and the garage failed all together. But we should not have had to pay for faults and parts that should have been replaced at the first call out. Very poor after care and customer service attitude. I will never use them again

Once the order was placed the door was available for installation well within the time frame quoted. Installation was completed within very few hours by one man and there was no mess.

Aug 16,2023Going to give a 4 as a 3 would be a bit harsh. Generally very happy with the process. Let down by the door fitter who just threw all the items inside to make room for him to work. The garage could not have been cleared for him to work as the door was so badly damaged we couldn’t get access to the inside. I do have an image to support this review. Will use them again (have done in the past anyway) just a little hiccup I’m sure.
