Nov 06,20245 stars all the way! I took over 2 years to complete the entire 6 needed courses for Texas (by choice). There is no expiration date. So many resources under the resource tab to review for tests & national prep exams ans go back to any course and review. No glitches, no issues. The on demand testing was perfect for my life. I am so thrilled something actually worked out as promised. The classes were entertaining and I literally took my time on my schedule without feeling forced to finish by a deadline that I wasn't ready to commit to while kicking around the idea, of if I was ready to leave a fulltime nursing career in hopes to follow a whimsical dream since I was 18 years old...helping people find a home. Thanks Aceable! I'M A STEP CLOSER TO SAFELY BUILDING MY DREAM CAREER.

Nov 04,2024Very friendly to read, informative material. I haven’t taken the exam yet so I’m not sure how well this is preparing me but I like the repetition of important subjects. I’m on the last class and I’m getting very familiar with the terms. Chad is a great addition to this teaching. After I take the exam I can better review the effectiveness of these courses.

Nov 02,2024It is very important to teach about how to communicate with sellers and buyers regarding changes of commission structural and a new form must signed before Realtors showing properties and present offers due to lawsuits failure of NAR, Texas Realtors, KW Realty and many top Real Estate companies which was not covered during these MCED classes. I felt few sections without updated situation and marketing knowledges. ex, AI real estate can be damaged or enhance realtors businesses.
