Tracking and updates via email ensured I got the latest info that my clients has received their hampers (which is real quick!). As I am from Asia and ordering to several places in US, the time diff is crazy but Cadi stayed throughout my orders (which is past midnight his time), and I appreciate his superb customer service and quick responses / solutions. But then I read couple of positive reviews online and since they were offering a free delivery it was a deal breaker for me.
