Jan 29,2025I didn't receive a confirmation email after purchase. When I phoned Acorn to check the status of my order Jamie was really friendly and helpful. The parcel arrived the next day but unfortunately the goods were damaged despite the careful packaging. Again Jamie was very helpful and said that I would get a full refund, which should appear soon. So I thought that the service offered when I phoned was excellent but the goods being damaged in transit was disappointing.
