I have not spoke to anyone their but I did do a free trial and honestly you could watch a video on youtube and have something better than what they have made. This website and software was made on button the design and user friendliness of the system is terrible. Im sorry to anyone thats wasted their money on this . Like i said never spoke to anyone in the company or their support so this is not based on that.
