Jun 24,2015Hi, There was some confusion with the State on the title to my home. This issue caused a serious delay in the installation of our Solar Panels. AFX Research completed a very thorough and complete search with great results. They provided documents that I had never seen. I can confidently recommend their services. It will take maybe a week for you to get your report, so please keep that in mind. Peggy Roberts They were also very responsive to my questions. Again, I do recommend their services.

Apr 07,2015I was hoping after AFX finished a mineral right ownership search on a parcel of land in own would show me exactly who owns the mineral rights. In an opinion of an AFX representative, he believes I am the owner, but recommended strongly that I do a quiet title action.

Feb 11,2016We needed a title search because of the haphazard way the short sale and the closing were conducted (the husband/seller did not even attend the closing and we never saw him,). This was surprisingly fast, convenient, and very reasonably priced, and now we can be rest assured the sale was properly concluded.
