Apr 16,2024Pathetic Customer support, First they convert 3 day trial subscription into 1 year paid subscription without any email or any msg for confirmation, then after 2 month i check my profile once for thinking to buy paid plan but when i see its already started since my trial and i was shocked, try to email the support contact the staff on linkedin once i didnt get any reply on support email, Email to CEO still i didnt get a single response, i tried to cancel the subscription but the button is not working. (PS: i love the tool so much for content but such support and non professional behaviour spoil my mood for buy paid plan)

Despite the promise of a trial period, I was unexpectedly billed for a full month on the very same day. To add insult to injury, I received another charge for an additional month just today. The billing mishaps were just the beginning. When I encountered issues with the 'humanizer' feature not working as advertised, I reached out to customer support for assistance. After a lengthy two-hour wait in their chat system, I was informed that support was unavailable and that I would be contacted via email—a response that never came. To summarize, my experience with AISEO was marred by poor customer service, a non-functional key feature, and unjustified charges. I hope my account serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers

I tried the free day subscription and charged me 1 day, now they are trying to scam me 327$, thankfully I did not have such amount in my bank account, but they tried to scam me out of my money and I cannot cancel any subscription or remove my card, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

The product did not meet my expectations, leading me to cancel on the same day. It s a scam, and now I'm pursuing a refund through my bank. Stay away from this service its a SCAM!

Apr 02,2024SCAM ALERT!!! My experience on this website has been awful. They looted me by making a yearly subscription without my consent. Today, I got a message from my bank that I have been charged $348, without my consent. Then, I tried to reach out AISEO.ai customer service but did not recieve any help. Even the number that I had on my invoice, when I tried to contact the person, he blocked me. I suggest everyone not to purchase any plan on this website. It is a BIG SCAM.!!!!

Mar 31,2024Don't get me wrong, the AI tools are indeed superb, but the system they have set up is horrendous. DO NOT get a free trial at this site UNLESS you have a DISPOSABLE CREDIT CARD (VCC). They STEAL your money! I cancelled my free trial 1 hour after using it, and I was charged the next day. I've been trying to get in contact with them via email and live chat for the past 2 weeks, and no response. Only use a VCC on this site if you're gonna get the free trial.

I haven't heard back from their end despite multiple attempts. A disgraceful display of deceitful business practices. This Dutch-based company has no place in the US market. Join me in seeking justice. Spread the word to prevent others from falling victim.
