Sep 09,2024The app did not work - literally couldn't generate a single piece of content. Areas of the app go to a 404 page, and other parts just don't work. The customer service was extremely slow to respond, then they ignored until I said I wanted to cancel the account, basically accepting that it doesn't work and they don't know how to resolve it. They said they'd cancel it, refund the trial charge, and stop the annual payment going out. Instead, they refunded the $1 trial straight away, charged me nearly $300 an hour later then stopped responding entirely, I know they've read the messages though because it says so in chat. It seems to be just one guy running it, and I think it's a total scam. I will now have to raise a charge-back to get this resolved.

Aug 08,2024After some quite impressive results from a free trial, I upgraded my account to receive a number of credits per month. I was informed that sometimes it can take up to 5 minutes to upgrade the account but it never happened. I logged out and in again and it still didn’t upgrade the account. I contacted them the only way they give you to, through a chat facility that they say will reply to you within the hour - you guessed it - no reply ever came. This is an expensive scam. Please be warned before you even consider given them a penny!
