Jan 10,2020Placed original order online, order was cancelled due to "Out of stock" Online information does not match actually inventory. Tried calling to get clarity on items actually in-stock and recommendations on alternative. Sat on HOLD for 45mins NOTHING. Called back in to customer service this time only to be transferred back to sales where I got put back on hold. Tried Chat via online and NOTHING. Finally I took a shot in the dark, placed another order. Not sure if it is in stock or the correct set up for my needs, but that obviously isn't the concern of AJ Madison anymore.

Jan 08,2020It says free shipping but they still charged me $99 standard shipping rate hopefully they'll take that off the price and the sales tax other companies usually cover they charged me sixty four bucks for sales tax but whatever they can refund it fine if not say la vie

Jan 08,2020After buying appliances for 10 apartments from AJ Madison for years I thought I would try Costco. I spent a great deal of time, hours actually, trying to deal with Costco to have an appliance delivered to a rental property that has a different address than my business/billing address. After two weeks of screwing around with Costco and hours talking to rude unmotivated people, I cancelled the order with Costco and returned to AJ Madison where I know it will be done correctly.
